How do I integrate Genesys?

Here is how to connect Genesys as a payment gateway on Cloudfy Checkout.

Find Genesys in Cloudfy

In Cloudfy, go to Acquirers and search for Genesys.

Generate the API key in Genesys

Access your Genesys account, go to Integrations → Payment API, select Configure and click Generate new API key. Copy the generated key.

Set up the keys in Cloudfy

Back in Cloudfy, paste the code into the Secret K field. In Installment fee, fill it in if you use card (otherwise leave it as 0). The Public K field should stay empty. Then copy the Webhook URL shown.

Register the webhook in Genesys

In Genesys, click Integrations, find Web Hooks and click Add Web Hook. Name the integration, paste the webhook URL, do not change the products section and, under Status, select all options. Click confirm.

Set as the main gateway

Go back to Cloudfy and click Edit. Then go to Checkout → Payment and select Genesys as the main payment gateway. Save the changes at the bottom of the page.
