How do the prepaid balance and invoices work?

In Billing you track:

• Invoice — the accumulated amount of your sales fees (Pay button).
• Your balance — prepaid balance dedicated to transaction fees (Add balance / Transfer).
• History under Invoices, Top-ups and Charges.
