How do I request my award?
When you reach a revenue milestone, you can request your award (the matching Cloudfy plaque).
How many I can request
You can request one award per milestone, per account — that is, 1 plaque for R$100k, 1 for R$500k, 1 for R$1 million, and so on.
How to request
- Open Cloudfy.
- In the Achievements block, click See all.
- Click Redeem plaque.
- Fill in your delivery address.
Shipments are sent on average every 1 to 1.5 months, depending on demand.
