How do I register my products?
▶ The video above shows the creation of a complete store on Cloudfy. Below is the step-by-step to register products and shipping.
Digital or physical product
In Products › Create product, choose whether it is digital or physical.
Digital product
Upload the cover image, write a description and attach a deliverable (a PDF or file, for example). Set the name and price. Name and description only identify the product inside the checkout — the customer does not see them on the payment page.
Physical product
Enter the dimensions (or leave them at zero if shipping is calculated directly by your shipping provider), the cost and the price of the product.
Set up shipping
In Store › Shipping › Create shipping, set:
- Value — set the shipping price.
- Availability — use “available for purchases above $X” to show shipping only from a certain amount; leave it at zero for all products.
- Icon — pick the carrier icon (Correios, Jadlog, etc.) and decide whether to show only the icon or also the shipping name.
- Pre-select — mark pre-select on your best-selling shipping option so it comes pre-selected in the checkout.
Have several products? Use “available for purchases above” to enable a shipping option only from a given order value.
