How do I create a plan and start selling?

The plan is your payment link — it's what you share to sell. Before creating a plan, you need at least one product registered.

How do I register my products?

1. Open the plan creation

In the menu, go to Store, click Plans and then Create a plan.

2. Choose the products

Select the products that will be part of this plan. You can add:

  • A single product — a simple sale.
  • Several products — works as a pre-built cart, where the customer pays for all of them at once.

Once chosen, click Next.

3. Set the currency and unit prices

Choose the currency and enter the unit price of each product. If there is only one product, just enter its unit price.

Want more than one unit of the same product in the pre-built cart? Use the + and buttons in the Quantity field (the default is 1). Then click Next.

4. Name the plan

Important: the plan name does NOT appear to your customer — it only helps you find it inside the platform. It can be something simple, like “product 1, plan 1”.

5. Set the price

Now you enter the total price of the plan. The rule is simple:

  • 1 product: enter the same unit price you set on the previous screen.
  • 2 or more products: enter the sum of the values of all products.
  • Quantity greater than 1: multiply the unit price by the quantity and add the rest.

Here are some practical examples:

Example 1 — one product: your product costs $97.00. The plan price is $97.00.

Example 2 — two products: product A costs $97.00 and product B costs $47.00. The plan price is the sum of both: $144.00 (97 + 47).

Example 3 — two products, one with quantity 3: product A costs $50.00 and you added 3 units of it (50 × 3 = $150.00); product B costs $30.00. The plan price is $180.00 (150 + 30).

The plan price is exactly what your customer will pay. Always check that it matches the sum of the products and quantities you chose.

The slug is the final part of your payment link and is optional:

  • Want a custom link, like pay.yourdomain.com/plan1? Put plan1 in the slug field.
  • Don't care about it? Leave the field empty and Cloudfy generates a random slug, like pay.yourdomain.com/fmFMEgegeWQINz.

7. Domain and description

Domain: if you have more than one domain registered in this store, click and choose which to use for this plan. If you only have one, it comes pre-selected.

Plan description: like the name, it's only for your internal organization (e.g. “top product”, “new product”) and does not appear to the customer.

To finish, click Save the plan.

8. Start selling

Done! Now just click Copy link, paste it on your sales page or send it directly to your customer — and start selling! 🎉

The plan name and description are just for you; what the customer sees is the checkout with the products and the price you set.
