How do I customize the checkout in the Checkout Builder?

Getting startedUpdated on 2026-06-26

▶ The video above shows the creation of a complete store on Cloudfy. Below is the step-by-step to customize the checkout.

Open the Checkout Builder and use the sidebar to configure each part.

Template

Choose from the available models — including the single-step one and the PIX API, which generates the PIX automatically when the link opens.

Appearance

Set the light or dark theme and the colors (background, text, cards, inputs, success…). We recommend keeping it minimalist and testing the primary color for the offer — you can even run an A/B test.

Images

Upload the logo (shown square, at the top) and/or a banner. Enable auto banner sizing if its proportions differ.

Payment

Set the primary and secondary acquirer (automatic failover if the first one fails), plus international, MB Way and boleto, depending on your acquirer.

Advanced

Show or hide quantity, coupon, subtotal, the urgency timer, stacked or slide order bumps, the text bar and the fields (CPF, email, phone). Press F5 to see the changes in the preview.

Completion

Set the thank-you message or an upsell, the back redirect page and instant recovery (a pop-up with a discount when the customer's card fails).

Integrations

Connect ActiveCampaign, UTMify, Xtrack and others with the URL/API token or the webhook, and select the events.

Instant recovery offers an on-the-spot discount when the customer's card fails — it's worth enabling.
