Why does my email template need approval?

To make sure the emails sent by the platform follow best practices and don't harm message deliverability, all templates go through a review before being released for use.

This step was created after we identified templates with structural or content issues that were causing blocks at email providers — which affected message delivery to end customers.

How the review works

After you submit your template, the review is done automatically and the result appears within moments: approved or rejected, with a description of the reason if there is any problem.

If the template is rejected, just fix the points indicated and submit it again.
