In the Checkout Builder, use the sidebar tools to give the checkout your identity.Appearance and colorsChoose the light or dark theme and set your brand colors: primary, secondary, text, background and border.Images and logoOn the Images tab, upload your logo, favicon and store banner.Payment methodsOn the Payment tab, enable PIX, boleto, card, MB Way or international payments.Advanced optionsSet required fields, cart elements, urgency timer and order bump.Everything is reflected in the live preview on the side. When done, click Save.

Which checkout templates are available?

Cloudfy offers the Template 1, 2, 3 and 4 models, plus the PIX API model (optimized for Pix conversion). Select it on the Templates tab and customize from there.You can keep several checkouts with different customizations — useful for campaigns, audiences or distinct products.

My checkout won't open. What should I do?

1. Check the browserMost of the time it is something local in the browser. Try, in this order:Clear the cache (Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + Delete) and reload.Open an incognito tab (Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + N).Test in another browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).Disable extensions (ad blockers often interfere).2. It could be the domainIf you were selling normally and it suddenly stopped, your domain has probably gone down. To check:Open dnschecker.org.Next to the search, switch the type from A to NS.Type your domain without the “pay”. Example: if the checkout is pay.domain.com/fefef, search only domain.com.If all the NS records show a red X, the domain has likely gone down, been banned/suspended or expired — check with the provider where you bought it.If the domain has never run yet, it is probably propagating. This does not depend on Cloudfy: it is a global connection time between servers and name servers until they point to Cloudfy, and it can take from 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes.If it persists, contact our WhatsApp support.

Why doesn't the address field show up on my checkout?

The address field only appears on the checkout when the product is physical. If it isn't showing, the product is registered as “Digital” instead of “Physical”.How to fix itGo to Products.Click the product's gear icon.Change the type from Digital to Physical.Save and open your checkout again.Digital products don't ask for an address because there's no physical delivery. Use the Physical type whenever you need to collect the customer's address.

How do I add an upsell to my product?

Upsell on Cloudfy works by chaining checkouts: once a plan's purchase is finished, the customer is taken to the next upsell's checkout.1. Create a product and a plan for each upsellFor each upsell you need a product and then a plan. Create this for the main product too. In other words: in the end you'll have a plan for the main product and a plan for each upsell.2. Set up upsell 1 on the main product's planGo to Checkout Builder.At the top, enable Checkout Builder per plan.Select the main product's plan.Modify the checkout however you like.Click the gear icon (on the left) and then Completion.In External thank-you page, paste the link of your upsell 1 and save the changes.3. Add an upsell 2 (and the next ones)To chain one more upsell, instead of editing the main plan's checkout, select the upsell 1 plan. Adjust the checkout if you want something different for that plan, go again to gear › Completion and, in External thank-you page, put the upsell 2 link.
