What is the difference between Domain and Email Domain?
On Cloudfy there are two types of domain, with different purposes.
Domain
The regular domain serves two purposes: giving access to the checkout and sending emails. When you add it, the platform automatically checks whether it is valid for sending emails. If approved, it is used for both the checkout and the email sends.
Email Domain
The Email Domain is exclusively for sending emails and does not interfere with checkout access. We created this separation because some domains are blocked by email providers, preventing delivery.
In those cases, you can register an Email Domain — a different domain, with good reputation — to keep sending emails without depending on the main domain.
In short: if your main domain is rejected for email sending, add a dedicated Email Domain and use it for the sends by clicking the Send emails button.
