Can I have more than one store on the same account?

Yes. In the store selector (top of the screen) you search, switch between stores and use Create Store to open a new one. There is also the “Only in debt” filter to quickly find stores with pending balances.

How do I connect my domain to the store?

To use a custom domain on the checkout, connect it to your store under Store › Domains.1. Add the domainIn Store → Domains tab, click Add domain and type the domain you want to use. Cloudfy shows the name servers you need to point.2. Point the name serversGo to the provider where you bought the domain (e.g. GoDaddy, Hostinger), look for DNS / Name servers, choose to use your own name servers and paste Cloudfy's name servers.3. Wait for propagationThe connection takes about 1 hour to propagate. You can use the same domain on your sales page (landing page) and on the checkout. To do this, you need to point the domain to your hosting while keeping the Cloudfy checkout working.Open the store domainsGo to Store and click the Domains tab. This is the domain that lives on your hosting. When you visit the "bare" domain (not the checkout), it sometimes opens normally and sometimes shows an error — that happens because it already uses Cloudfy's name servers, so the IP is automatically pointed here.Edit the DNSTo change that, click Edit DNS and create (or edit) an A record:Type: AName: @Value: your hosting's IP (where the sales page is hosted).How to find your hosting IPThe IP is in your hosting panel. What is the difference between Domain and Email Domain?

On Cloudfy there are two types of domain, with different purposes.DomainThe regular domain serves two purposes: giving access to the checkout and sending emails. When you add it, the platform automatically checks whether it is valid for sending emails. If approved, it is used for both the checkout and the email sends.Email DomainThe Email Domain is exclusively for sending emails and does not interfere with checkout access. We created this separation because some domains are blocked by email providers, preventing delivery.In those cases, you can register an Email Domain — a different domain, with good reputation — to keep sending emails without depending on the main domain.In short: if your main domain is rejected for email sending, add a dedicated Email Domain and use it for the sends by clicking the Send emails button.
